Description
Most aquarium LEDs advertise lumens, which tells you nothing about whether a carpet will grow. The Linea 60 is specified in PAR at substrate depth, measured in a 45 cm deep tank at 20 cm above the water line.
Measured output
Around 95 µmol at substrate at full power, 40 µmol at 40% — the sweet spot for starting a new layout without inviting algae. Colour temperature 6500 K with a slight warm bias, which renders green plants better than a cold white bar.
Dimmer
Touch dimmer with three memory presets, plus a built-in 15-minute sunrise and sunset ramp. No app, no cloud account, nothing to lose access to.
Mounting
Includes both a rimless glass bracket and a hanging kit. The bracket fits glass up to 10 mm without tools.
