Dispatch
Orders leave the studio within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Plants are packed on the day of dispatch only — never held over a weekend. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
Rates
United States & Canada — $18 flat, free over $150. 4–7 business days.
Europe & United Kingdom — $24 flat, free over $150. 5–9 business days.
Asia & Oceania — $16 flat, free over $150. 3–6 business days.
Rest of world — calculated at checkout.
Live plants
Plants ship in insulated boxes with a heat or cold pack depending on season. If a cup arrives damaged or contaminated, send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it, no return required.
Hardscape
Stone and wood are natural materials. Weight and dimensions are quoted as a range because no two pieces are identical. If a lot is materially different from its photographs, we will refund the difference or take it back.
Returns
Unopened dry goods can be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus return shipping. Opened soils, used tools and live plants cannot be resold and are not returnable.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box before you open it if it looks compressed. We file the carrier claim, not you.
