1. Who we are
Niviblium (“we”, “us”) operates niviblium.com and sells aquascaping materials and equipment. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If an item is unavailable we will contact you before substituting anything, and we do not substitute live stock without written confirmation.
3. Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties and taxes levied in the destination country. Those are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Natural materials
Stone, wood and plants are natural products. Variation in colour, grain and dimension is not a defect. Photographs represent the grade and general character of a lot, not an individual piece, unless the listing says otherwise.
5. Live stock guarantee
Plants are guaranteed alive on arrival when delivery is accepted within the carrier’s first attempt window. Claims must be made within 48 hours with photographs.
6. Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from the use of our products, including loss of livestock, beyond the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Niviblium is registered.
