We collect the minimum needed to ship an order and answer a question. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order contents. When you write to us: whatever you include in the message.
Why we collect it
To process payment, ship the order, provide support and meet tax and accounting obligations. If you subscribe to the dispatch, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers. We only see the last four digits and the outcome of the transaction.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart and checkout to function, plus a first-party cookie remembering your session. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing
We share your address with the carrier that delivers your order, and payment data with the payment processor. Nothing else is shared with anyone.
Your rights
Write to YKOOTRADE@163.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. Orders already shipped must be retained for accounting purposes.
Retention
Order records are kept for seven years as required by tax law. Marketing subscriptions are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
