Response times
We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday. Layout sketches take two to three days because we draw them by hand.
Sending a layout question
Include: tank dimensions, the light you are using, whether you run CO₂, and two photographs — one straight on, one from above. Nine times out of ten the answer is visible in the top-down shot.
Trade enquiries
We supply studios, cafés and offices with graded hardscape by the crate. Minimum order 25 kg of stone or 10 kg of wood.
